QUICK NEWS: Vice President Kamala Harris in Milwaukee

While in Milwaukee, Vice President Harris addressed Project 2025 and stated her readiness to win the election and prosecute convicted felon Trump highlighting her experience as an Attorney General, prosecutor.

“In those roles, I took on perpetrators of all kinds. Predators who abused women. Fraudsters who ripped off consumers. Cheaters who broke the rules for their own gain,” she said. “So hear me when I say I know Donald Trump’s type. In this campaign, I promise you, I will proudly put my record against his any day of the week.”

The crowd roared in response, shouting “Kamala! Kamala! Kamala!”Harris added that “This campaign is not just about us versus Donald Trump. This campaign is about who we fight for.” She said Trump is relying on support from billionaires and big corporations and accused him of “trading access in exchange for campaign contributions.” By contrast, she said Democrats “are running a people powered campaign” and noted that the campaign “just had the best 24 hours of grassroots fundraising in presidential campaign history.”
